Kohima, Aug 22 EMN): KC’s Kitchen, a first of its kind mini mughlai culinary bistro (restaurant), was inaugurated at Old NST, Kohima. Rev. Koheni Ariicho of Faith Harvest Church Kohima said the dedicatory prayer and inaugurated the restaurant. Proprietor of the mini bistro, Kaihrii Henry Chisiite informed that the bistro will be opened from 10 am till 8 pm and also ready to cater to takeaways and dine-ins. Servings included beef shahi biryani, mughlai beef roll, beef special thali and beef regular thali. There are a lot of other weekend specials like beef liver masala, beef handi gosht, beef dal gosht, beef beja, beef chaap, beef paya (trotter stew).
