The seminar featured two resource persons from Instudia: Danil Changkiri, Director, and Vishal Bardewa, Technical Advisor. Through interactive sessions, they introduced participants to the fundamentals of AI, its applications in teaching and learning, ethical dimensions, and the skills required to thrive in an AI-driven world.
The speakers demonstrated practical ways in which students can effectively use AI to summarise complex concepts, prepare revision notes, generate flashcards, enhance research, and improve learning outcomes through well-crafted prompts. They stated that AI should serve as a learning companion rather than a substitute for human intelligence and critical thinking.
Participants were also encouraged to verify AI-generated information with teachers and authentic sources to ensure the responsible and ethical use of the technology. The seminar witnessed participation from faculty members and students.
