Mesulumi GHS conducts measles-rubella sensitisation program

Kohima, Aug. 2 (EMN): The government high school, Mesulumi, Phek conducted a sensitisation program on measles and rubella disease with the parents and students of the school on 27 July at the school premises.

The sensitisation programme started after a parents-teacher meeting, which was also followed by literary program where Kekhronyi Krome, a nodal teacher gave a keynote address on the said topic. She also highlighted that the government was going to take up necessary vaccination program in the coming days and that the parents and public should be aware of the necessity arising for the welfare of the community.

P. Lohe Chachie, Asst Head Master in his speech also thanked the village chairman, Wenyilo Venuh and the council members and the parents for their co-operation throughout the program.
