Mental health programme held at LFI College
Linoto Assumi, along with the faculty and students of LFI College, Dimapur, at the college premises on Thursday.

DIMAPUR — The Red Ribbon Club of Livingstone Foundation International (LFI) College, Dimapur, held a mental health awareness programme on Thursday at the college premises with Linoto Assumi, a psychotherapist from Eden Medical Centre, as the guest of honour.

According to a press release, speaking on the occasion, Assumi emphasised the significant influence of the environment on mental health and the importance of seeking help at the right time and being a source of support in someone’s life, even without professional training.

Kevin, a BA 3rd semester student, hosted the programme, and Thejavor, another BA 3rd semester student, performed a special song.

During the programme, Tiaienla Amri, a BA 5th semester student, and Ringthar Langthasa, a B.Com 3rd semester student, took first and second place in the poster making competition, respectively, while Lemtsa Thuvuri, a BA 3rd semester student, won the slogan writing competition.
