Sub:- Prayer for not chasing the Nagas further away from our country with Hindu religion.
Hon’ble Sir,
[dropcap]I[/dropcap]n inviting reference to the above cited subject, we the undersigned leaders on behalf of the whole Christian of the country and the Nagas in particular from your loving state of Nagaland would like to bring few lines of our prayer before you for favour of your kind special consideration and prompt necessary action.
1. That Hon’ble Sir, as you are well aware that the Nagaland state is a Christian state and the Nagas are also living peacefully according to their Christianity religion for the last 150 years or so even before the Government of India (GOI) attaining her Independence in 1947. There is a real God in Heaven and we are to worship Him only.
2. That Sir, you are also well aware that the forefathers land of Nagas which areas earlier transferred to Assam shall be returned to Nagas and for which the over ground accepted this state. And also the GOI allowed the Nagas to live under her Article 371A of the Constitution of India. And for which the Nagas are still waiting for the fulfillment of your promises and following your path for the last 60-70 years of time. And the Nagas issue is Nation issue which is yet to be finalized.
3. That Hon’ble Prime Minister Sir Modi, it may not be out of place to mention here that a new powerful country father’s has arrived within the country. And as such, the Nagas also happily welcomed you while recently you have stepped in Nagaland and said “ Teiso vi we & Kuknalim” to us and the Nagas also decided to work with our newly country father. As because, you have already assured the Nagas in all respects.
4. That Sir, it is also worth to be mentioned here that as soon as you go back to you Kingdom at Delhi from Nagaland, you have pronounced before the people in the country side that you will bring an amicable solution between the Nagas and GOI within 18 (Eighteen) month time. And for which of your kind assurance given, the Nagas are really hopeful on your brave leadership that the BJP Party Government will be far better than the Congress Government within India if you have fulfill your commitments. Now the Nagas are anxiously waiting for your timely decision taken.
5. That Sir, it is also important to be mentioned here that while your friend Shri. Barak Obama, the Hon’ble President of America came to our Delhi, he told you and our Countrymen that religion is for individual and it is not Government and our country is secularism and a democratic one. And as such, we should not force our countrymen to follow a particular religion. 6. That Sir, you are also well aware that once the BJP Party ruled over our country, the BJP Government tried to preach the Hindu religion and practices its doctrine within the Country. And for which, the BJP Government failed to uphold the Ministry due to mix with religion and the law of the land. The religion and the laws for the people should go separately.
7. That Sir, if we are not mistaken before your kingship, the peaceful living of people on earth will come from above and to control the people within the country is by Constitution and not by any religion system. How can we force the Christians to worship the Idols within the country?
8. That Sir, while the Nagas believing in your dynamic leadership that you will surely bring an amicable solution to Nagas and will bring the Nagas under your country side for their peaceful living, why the present Hon’ble Governor of Nagaland Shri. B.P Acharya is showing other religion symbol within the Christian state of Nagaland. The GOI should not try to chase the Nagas further away from our country for the Hindu religion. And as such, please stop our Hon’ble Governor of Nagaland not to practice his RSS activities within the state of Nagaland. Keep the Sabbath Day Clean and we should not try to challenge the Almighty God who is the creator of the whole things.
Therefore, prayed that you will be kind enough to look into the facts and circumstances mentioned above, thereafter consider the case as special consideration as prayed so that the way of amicable solution and peaceful living within our countryside will be open.
For which act of your kind consideration, the undersigned leaders shall ever remains praying for you Sir. Kindly acknowledge our prayer petition for better relationship.
