Meghalaya minister assures support for Nagaland patient house
Dimapur, Sep. 16 (EMN): Nagaland minister of PWD (Housing & Mechanical), Tongpang Ozukum, met Meghalaya minister, Sniawbhalang Dhar, at New Meghalaya House, Aurangzeb, New Delhi, on September 12.
An update informed that Tongpang and Dhar discussed about the laying of foundation stone and commencement of construction of patient house in Shillong. Dhar assured his “full cooperation and support in any manner during the construction”, it stated.
Ozukum said the patient house is a much required and essential infrastructure in order to provide assistance to Nagas who visit NEIGRIMS for medical treatment.
Ozukum also thanked the Meghalaya government on behalf of government of Nagaland and the people of the state for allotting a plot of land at Mawdiangdiang, Shillong, for the construction of patient house.
