Mega Gospel Concert in Kohima on October 12

Urban Faith Production (UFP), a unique Christian-based group from Nagaland, will start off their mission by organising a Mega Gospel Concert at NBCC Hall Kohima on Oct. 12.

The concert will feature many prominent local musicians, artists and performers like Alobo Naga, Dreamz Unlimited Nagaland, Tali Angh, Virie, Divine Connection, Andrew Thong, Seyievinuo Chuzho, Ethic Future, and Rengma Baptist Church Kohima Choir while Jonathan Mesen will be the host of the Concert.

An update from the group issued on Oct. 5 informed that the main aim of the gospel concert is to reach out to the youths who are so much engaged in the secular world,  and make them reconnect with Jesus Christ through music, arts and performances.

It stated that the newly formed group consisting of 15 members with motto “Just Reach Out” aims to reach out to the community with Christian music, arts and doctrines and share diversity to strengthen the spirit and well being of the youths as well as develop a holistic environment among young people.

They aspire to create platforms for Christian artists and amp; musicians through recordings, outreach activities and performances to influence the world.

The UFP also focuses on the youth empowerment by facilitating income generation and self sustaining avenues for the youth who have potentials and dedication through evangelism, training and skill development programmes.

UFP is committed to work for an all round development of the community be engaging themselves in charitable work of any Christian institute, church and organisations whenever they are called for, it stated.

They will also be organising career guidance camps for educated unemployed youths and students, counseling camps for alcoholics and drug abusers, spiritual growth camps, exposure trip, skill training courses and so on, the update further informed.
