Meetings on Republic Day celebration held at Tuensang, Phek

DIMAPUR — A preparation and coordination meeting for the upcoming Republic Day celebration was held on Wednesday at the Deputy Commissioner's conference hall in Tuensang. 

During the meeting, tasks were assigned to various departments in order to ensure the success of Republic Day celebrations, according to a DIPR report.

DC Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rustsa, encouraged all officers at the meeting to participate in the Republic Day celebration programme and also reminded them to carry out their respective assigned tasks with sincerity and provide full cooperation.

Phek: For the 75th Republic Day celebration, a similar departmental coordination meeting took place under the chairmanship of DC Phek, Kuko Mero, at the DC's conference hall in Phek on Tuesday.

The house discussed the construction of stalls for an exhibition in Phek that various departments would set up for the occasion. Additionally, various tasks for the celebration were assigned to departments.

The DC requested that all office heads sincerely initiate and complete their assigned tasks in order to ensure the success of the 75th Republic Day celebrations.
