Dimapur, June 22 (EMN): Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team of the Directorate of Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Kohima, led by the Joint Director, C Lotam Chang, and the Assistant Director, Zubemo Tsanglao, and staff inspected the ongoing ‘Year of Construction Workers’ programme at Kiphire and Phek districts with effect from June 16 to 19 to oversee the ongoing State’s flagship programme in re-skilling and up-skilling the Naga youth who are already self-employed in construction sector.
The training was based on the NSDC curriculum, partnering with Zynorique Initiative Society and the YouthNet as media partners. The trainees were trained for one week and awarded certificate as assistant mason.
The M&E team officials from the Directorate attended the valedictory programme at Kiphire.
