Martyrs’ Trophy: NHCYO and Viswemi FC move to next round

Kohima, Oct. 4 (EMN): Naga Hospital Colony Youth Organisation (NHCYO) and Viswemi FC registered win in their respective matches in the ongoing 20th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy at Khuochiezhie, Kohima local ground on Friday, October 4.
Playing the first match of the day, Gideon Leo scored the first goal for NHCYO in the 17th minute and the second goal in the 29th minute to Fresh Kickers FC Tseminyu 2-1.
The lone goal for Fresh Kickers FC was scored by Monush Lapang in the 30th minute.
Viluto and Vetsülu of NHCYO were cautioned with yellow cards.
The second match was played between Viphoma Youth Organisation and Viswemi FC.
No teams could score a goal in the first half. However, after the breather, Kelethuto Kin made a goal for Viswemi FC in the 46th minute and added another goal in the 72nd minute to thrash Viphoma Youth Organisation 2-0.
