Martial arts coaching class underway in Pfutsero

As part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Pfutsero COB of Cheiswema battalion Assam Rifles, under the aegis of IGAR (N), has started a free martial arts coaching class (wushu & kick boxing) for kids and students at Pfutsero in Phek district.

The coaching class, which commenced on Friday, will continue for a month, an update stated.

The coaching class is supervised by 45^th Assam Rifles (Pfutsero Company) with former DGAR Wushu player and coach, rifleman N Tomba Singh as the main coach.

The main objective of the coaching is to motivate the kids/students to stay physically fit and mentally strong. A total of 16 students have registered for the coaching class on the first day and more students are expected to join in coming days.
