Market linked skill development training underway

DIMAPUR — National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), in collaboration with Pinnacle Skills, Dimapur, launched the first batch of market linked skill development training programme in hospitality sector (front office associate course) on April 10 at Pinnacle Skills, Yehmi Memorial College, Nepali Basti, Dimapur.

Speaking at the inaugural programme, Tiakala Ao, chief general manager of NABARD, encouraged the trainees to work with dignity of labour wherever they are placed after completion of the skill training, an update from the college stated.

It stated a total of 100 unemployed youth with a minimum qualification of Standard 12 were imparted training in front office associate course.

The centres are located at Nepali Basti, Sematilla and DC Court Junction, Dimapur.
