Dimapur, March 20 (EMN): March 23 is working day for government establishments. The IPR issued updates in its bulletin on Wednesday.
The Home department issued a notification declaring March 23, a fourth Saturday, as working day. The reason is the “financial year closing for offices located in Kohima,” the IPR explained. In return, April 20 has been declared holiday for the state establishments.
Administrative heads and heads of departments have been directed to ensure attendance of officers and staffers of their respective department, the updates added.
