Manipur's Chesam clinches bronze in body building championship

IMPHAL — Manipur's Warshim Chesam won a bronze medal in the men’s sports physique up to 170 cm in the ‘55th Asian Body Building and Physique Sports Championship 2023’ held in Kathmandu, Nepal, on Tuesday.

The first and second positions went to Azneen Rashad of Maldives and Kang Yubin of Korea, respectively.

Three players from Manipur representing India took part in the championship. Besides Chesam, the other two players are Konsam Sanamacha and N Zenkia.
