Imphal, Jan. 16 (EMN): The Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) on Sunday released the party’s campaign song for the upcoming assembly elections. Manipur will go to assembly polls on February 27 and March 3.
The former chief minister and CLP leader, O Ibobi and MPCC President Loken spoke on the occasion. In his speech Loken said that congress will come to power in the upcoming elections. He also appealed not to rely on the idea that the state should have the BJP government as the centre.
On the occasion Manipur State Social Media department ran a twitter trend ManipurWithCongress, which was trending nationwide and many volunteers participated in it.
National Convener of AICC Social Media department, Pranav Vachharajani, and state Social Media Chairperson, Malemkhomba Salam gave credit to the tram and Congress volunteers for their hard work and dedication.
