Manipur CM’s Covid-19 Relief Fund receives 100 oxygen concentrators

Imphal, July 8 (EMN): Nippon Foundation donated 100 oxygen concentrators through Manipur Tourism Forum (MTF) to Manipur Chief Minister’s Covid-19 Relief Fund to support the state government’s effort in tackling the Covid-19 pandemic on Thursday.

The MTF team led by President, Dr. Th Dhabali Singh handed over the oxygen concentrators to Chief Minister N Biren Singh at the CM’s Secretariat in presence of Principal Secretary of Health and Family Welfare, V Vumlunmang and Director of Health Services, Dr. K Rajo Singh.

N Biren Singh thanked the foundation and stated that the oxygen concentrators would be of much help in dealing with the deadly pandemic in the state.

Meanwhile, Thambal Marik College, Oinam also donated one day salary of its staff amounting to INR 2,70,130 to the Relief Fund. The CM thanked the institution for the contribution.
