As agreed in a departmental meeting, the authority changed the nomenclature to inspection teams in place of the flying squads teams from this year.
In addition, around 45 teams including students, volunteers and stakeholders who have been given recognition certificates by the BOSEM would be monitoring exam centres, he said.
Unlike in the previous years, separate answer sheets would be provided for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Likewise answer sheets for social science will be issued for history, Geography and Civics.
The arrangement was made by an expert committee after some students cross answers in previous years. So answers should be in the respective sheets of the respective subjects, he added.
He appealed to one and all not to call bandh, general strike or blockade during the course of the upcoming examination.
Seeking cooperation from the public in conducting the examination successfully, he appealed to all not to circulate hoax news relating to examinations in social media.
