Dimapur, Sep. 25 (EMN): The Medziphema Area Football Association (MAFA) Football tournament will kick off on Tuesday, September 26 at 10 a.m at Medziphema local ground with Kevingulie Khro, Additional Director (Rtd.), Medical Services, Government of Nagaland as the chief guest.
The first prize carries a cash money of Rs. 50,000/- along with trophy and 2nd prize is Rs. 30,000/-.
Individual prizes include Best Goal keeper, Highest Scorer, Best Defender and Best Striker. MAFA football tournament 2017 is based on knock-out beginning from September 26 till October 6, 2017. It may be mentioned that altogether 20 teams are participating in the MAFA Football tournament.
