Dimapur, May 17 (EMN): ‘MadMay,’ a two-hour musical event managed by imagi.NATION will be held on May 27 at The Heritage in Kohima from 6:00 pm onwards.
An update issued on May 17 informed that MadMay is being organised to feature a triad of some of the best rock bands of the season.
MadMay merges two tours - one from the west and the other from the east.
The bands performing are Aswekeepsearching - an established Hindi post-rock band from Gujarat, ABOUTUS - a hard-rock band from Wokha who are making the rounds on Youtube, and Imliakum & the Electric Cool Kid - a crowd favorite indie/folk rock band from Dimapur.
Making their second visit to the capital, Aswekeepsearching would be tagging along their ‘Chasing Light’ tour- a tour hitting ten cities across India. While Aboutus would be playing their first live show to kick-off their maiden tour at the heart of the capital; they will be playing in three more districts namely Dimapur, Mokokchung and their hometown Wokha.
A number of stalls would be set up at the venue dealing from food and drinks to various merchandises. Tickets are available in two kinds – INR 499 for the public and INR 299 for students, provided student ID cards are shown.
Pre-bookings are open both online and offline. Tickets will be available on site at the event as well. For more details visit the official instagram page of imagi.NATION.
