‘Made in Daba-V’ goes online to promote indigenous products

Dimapur, Sep. 20 (EMN): The Dimapur Ao Baptist Church (Daba), Youth Ministry had initiated the ‘Made in Daba ministry’ with the aim to promote indigenous products, motivate and provide a platform for youths who are trying to establish themselves as entrepreneurs on August 10, 2016. The initiative was also aimed at focussing on the holistic development of its members. This year, the ministry has gone online by the name ‘Made in Daba-V’ to reach out to a larger customer base.

Altogether, 70 young entrepreneurs took part in the event and 258 parcels were delivered for free within the Dimapur town area on September 19, it informed.

Various locally made products including handicrafts, organic tea leaves, clothing and accessories, face mask, potteries, food items, musical instruments, paintings and gift items were made available for orders on the Daba Youth Ministry’s Instagram and Facebook pages.
