M Noke Trophy Inter-Club Football Tournament in Mon

Dimapur, October 18: The 11th M Noke Trophy Inter-Club Football Tournament opening ceremony was held at local ground, Mon on Tuesday with Deputy Commissioner Mon, W Honje Konyak as the chief guest.
Addressing the gathering, the chief guest encouraged the participants to make a career out of sports. He also encouraged the players to excel in sports and take it to a higher level in the national arena, a DIPR report quoted Konyak as saying. A total number of 15 clubs are participating in the tournament in league matches. The opening match was played between Newsite FC and Seinao FC.
