Speaking at the launch event, proprietor of the service provider, Atoho A Kinimi, said that both the tenants and house owners will benefit from the service and that service charges will vary based on location and rent amount.
While the intending tenants don’t have to search for a house, the owners don’t have to do a background check of prospective tenants as they will be made eligible only after J-Pabo team scrutinise it. This will provide security to both the parties in case any problem arises.
“J-Pabo will initiate a team to execute in every corner to collect information and maintain database to provide you A1 service,” said Kinimi, adding that it aims to help ease the struggle of people in finding a suitable place to stay and the services could be expanded beyond Nagaland in future.
The rate of rent will also be made available to allow tenants to choose the range of their preferences. It was also informed that those who inform the J-Pabo team about the availability of houses for rent will get commission as well once a deal is struck between a tenant and house owner.

Its app is expected to be available for download on Google Play Store in a few days.
