• DIMAPUR — The Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) 13 Assembly Constituency, Pughoboto, held a parent body meeting at Ura Restaurant, Kohima, on April 15.

• According to an update, the meeting was chaired by president Pukhazhe Kiho and recorded by general secretary (admin) Advocate Toshika Wotsa. Several core values, the integrity of the party, and resolutions aimed at enhancing organisational coherence and operational efficiency were discussed.

• It said that the LJP (RV) 13th Assembly Constituency, Pughoboto, under the leadership of national president Chirag Paswan, the Union Minister for Food Processing Industries; state president Viloto Pukhato; and under the leadership of Dr. Sukhato A Sema, MLA, reiterated its support for the People’s Democratic Alliance (PDA) under the leadership of Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, upholding the spirit of an opposition-less government.

• The unit, in its meeting, expressed wholehearted support for an early, inclusive, and honourable solution. The resolution acknowledged the efforts of various Naga political groups engaged in peace talks with the Government of India, emphasising the importance of finalising the peace process to achieve lasting peace in Nagaland.
