Dimapur, Nov. 4 (EMN): In the 3rd quarter final match of the ongoing 25th edition of LMSSOC on Saturday, Scavenger Hunt FC qualified for the semi final through a tie breaker win over Donching Yangmei FC ‘A’. Dimapur, Nov. 4 (EMN): In the 3rd quarter final match of the ongoing 25th edition of LMSSOC on Saturday, Scavenger Hunt FC qualified for the semi final through a tie breaker win over Donching Yangmei FC ‘A’. In first half Ben Chang of Scavenger Hunt FC obtained an early break in the 10th minute but their hope for win was shattered by the opponent’s team in the second half through the boots of Aolen who netted an equaliser for Dongching Yangmei FC ‘A’ in the 55th minute. Locked in 1-1 draw the two teams played for an extra time but neither could score till the final whistle. The match went for the tie breaker and in the penalty shot out the goal keeper of Scavenger Hunt FC showed excellent goal keeping skills by saving two spectacular shots of Donching Yangmei FC ‘A’ and the match ended 3-2 in favour of Scavenger Hunt FC. In the fourth and final quarter final match Khulioh King FC climbed to the semi final after they marked a 1-0 win over DEF Tuensang.
