‘Life’ concert at Jotsoma: An evening of classicals and more

• KOHIMA — Kohima residents were treated to a captivating concert ‘Life’, a harmonious blend of classical and other music genres at RCEMPA, Jotsoma on Saturday.

• Acclaimed artistes from Nagaland including Neingusalie Yano, Nourhe Khate, Pelenuo, Petenei Tacü,
• 
  
• Vilhoubeizo Abeiu Kire, Visenuo Rio and Waluniba Lemtur mesmerised the audience with their vibrant rendition.
• 
  
• The concert began with a performance of Beethoven's iconic Symphony No. 5. Among other pieces performed were Theme from Schindler's list, Claude Dubussy's nuit d'étoiles, Toccata de Lucía by Mathias Duplessy, etc. Two of Pelenuo's original compositionS were also featured.

• The concert was conceptualised by The Music Continuum (TMC) and Music Motifs and managed by Meneno Mesen.
• 
  
• TMC is dedicated to enhance and cater to music events and education, offering a variety of activities - from workshops and personalised lessons to concerts, designed with the intention of opening minds to new musical perspectives.
