Dimapur, May 29 (EMN): Life Concern Ministries (LCM) has launched a new project in Nagaland titled ‘My Nagaland 2030’ to support the poor and needy people in the villages of Nagaland.
The new project aimed at showing them the way to have Jesus as their personal saviour, to show them the way to livelihood, to show them how to do hard work and take up activities such as farming for self support.
In order to support the poor and needy people, LCM has started the project by taking the help of churches and village councils in order to encourage and give ideas to start self-reliance groups. The organisation press release stated that three self-reliance groups have been established by LCM in some churches of Nagaland as on May 26 and 27.
Life Concern Ministries is a faith-based ministry founded in 2004 seeing the need of North-eastern people for pastoral and parental care when they are away from home for further studies and works. LCM undertakes church ministries, trainings, counselling and rectifying loopholes of church practices in the cities especially in Bangalore where the founder lives.
