Dimapur, March 12 (EMN): Livingstone Foundation Higher Secondary School bade an emotional adieu to the outgoing Grade-XII students on March 6, at the School’s Auditorium.
Exhorting the outgoing students, administrator of the school, Arthur Edwards, encouraged them to follow the path of honour and discipline to succeed in life. He also highlighted the exemplary achievements made by some of the alumni of the school which has made the school immensely proud.
Chairman of the School, Andrew Ahoto called upon the students to always remember their roots and to soar and rise high in the sky of achievements like an eagle yet humbling themselves. He alos advised the students to make the best possible use of the gift of talents and skills that God has bestowed upon them.
Speeches on behalf of the outgoing students were presented by Vilivi P. Aye of Grade-XII Science and Zeba Rahman of Grade-XII while Pauly Varghese, spoke on behalf of the teaching staff.
The programme was compered by Promith Dey of Grade-XI science and Rumila Phungshok Grade-XI commerce, invocation prayer was led by Ani Yepthomi, director of Junior High while vote of thanks and blessing by principal (Academics). Songs, dances etc. were presented by the Grade-XI students and outgoing students from Grade-XII.
