Sub: Implementation of the FSSA 2006 within IVR, 15 Days Show Cause Notice on it and reply to your notice thereon.

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]n invite reference to the above cited subject, I the undersigned of IVR Head G.B cum Chairman beg to reply your Show Cause once again with few line of prayer for favour of your kind consideration and necessary order.
1.That Sir, Some copies of Show Cause Notice issued to the Business Establishment within IVR from your good Office in connection with FSSA 2006 to obtain License and Registration by the Shop Keepers within the Industrial Village Razhuphe (IVR)2. In this connection, the IVR Council have written a request letter to your good Office on 12/07/2014 that a village Council is running a village on behalf of the Government in Nagaland as well as the whole department on behalf within the village as per village Council Act 1978.And as such, the IVR Council reiterated its stand and request your kind authority not to interfere in the village Council jurisdiction by issuing of such license and Registration under FSSA 2006, which act is also not less than extortion that the Business men cannot pay Rs.l000./- or so to your good Office while obtaining License from Department. A set of Photo state copy of earlier letter is enclosed for kind reference.
3. That, the Nagas do not, want to pay any ration Tax yearly to the Naga National workers, then why should the Nagas to collect such License and Registration Fee from the Medical Department or any other Government Department by paying Rs.l000./- or above yearly. The Govt. Department and their Staffs are getting their monthly Salaries, and the Govt. Quarter, the Govt. Vehicle and with all maintenance from the Govt. And as such, why the Govt. Departments trying to extort such big amount of money as License Fee or Registration Fee or Identity Card Fee etc. from the villagers instead of enforce the Act through the Village Councils in Nagaland.
Therefore, prayed that your good office will be kind enough to look into’ the fact mention above and thereafter consider the case as free of cost and not collect any Fees for obtaining of such license or Registration etc. from the villagers within the state of Nagaland and in IVR in particular for the interest of the villagers as a whole.
