Legal awareness programme held in Jakphang

N Mannon, DLSA project assistant, Mon, spoke on ‘Victim of trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation,’ while M Moba, panel lawyer, spoke on ‘Women and child rights,’ and Dominic Kaiba spoke on ‘Village council Act 1978.’ The programme began with invocation prayer said by pastor of Jakphang village. Short speech was delivered by chairman of Jakphang village council. Altogether, about 600 men and women of Jakphang village attended the awareness programme.
