Legal authority holds medical camp at Central Jail

[caption id="attachment_246954" align="aligncenter" width="900"] Members of Dimapur Legal Services Authority pose for a group photo along with the medical team during a medical camp at Central Jail, Dimapur, on April 29.[/caption] Dimapur, May 2 (EMN): Dimapur District Legal Services Authority (DDLSA), in collaboration with the office of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) organised a medical camp at Central Jail, Dimapur, on April 29 for the jail inmates. Before the start of the camp, DDLSA chief judicial magistrate and secretary, Ajongba Imchen, addressed the inmates and elaborated on the various activities of the legal services authority and exhorted the inmates to avail the services. Doctors of the camp were Dr. Kheshika, Dr. Chem, Dr. Kaili. The doctors were supported by the nurses and staff from Sovima and Diphupar sub-centres. DDLSA project assistant, Sangto Longchar, stated that around 100 inmates were benefitted from the medical camp. Medicines were prescribed and given according to the ailments of the patients.
