8Kohima, July 1 (EMN):
A landslide, triggered by heavy rain, partially damaged the office of the Superintendent of Police, Kohima, on Tuesday night.

Confirming this to Eastern Mirror, PRO of DEF Kohima, stated that the upper segment of the retaining wall collapsed, damaging portions of SP office on Tuesday. There were no reports of casualty, he said.

The police officer added that the engineer-in-charge of the building has taken stock of the situation and done the necessary clearance work.
