Dimapur, Nov. 27 (EMN): The Kuki Tribal Union (KTU) of the NSCN (IM) erected a memorial stone in its office compound at Camp Hebron on November 26 in memory of four martyrs who gave their lives on different occasions for the cause of the Naga nation.
A NSCN (IM) statement through its MIP stated that the monolith was unveiled by Maj. (Retd.) Hutovi Chishi, convener of the steering committee, while the dedication prayer was pronounced by Rev.. Joseph Ruivah, president of Council of Nagalim Churches (CNC), in the presence of Lh. Paohao, KTU president, and host of NSCN leaders and members.
It added that a Kuki traditional shawl was presented to the convener of the steering committee by the KTU president and his wife.
