Dimapur, Dec. 13 (EMN): Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change Neiba Kronu graced the Kuzhathede Collegiate Fellowship general session as the speaker on Dec. 9 at Union Christian School Pfütsero.
Speaking at the programme, Kronu emphasised on learning and imparting quality education as it is the back bones of developing the society. He also stressed on the importance of community based initiatives for achieving such goal. He encouraged the gathering to have a sense of belongingness for the welfare of future generations.
President Kuzhathephe Public Organisation (KTPO) Senokha Losou brought greetings while brief report of Union Christian School (UCS) undertaking by KCF was presented by assistant teacher, Tewu Mero. The day was favoured with special presentations from Kuzhathephe Students Pfutsero Govt. College, Kuzhie Cultural Society Pfutsero and by the students of UCS.
The formal session was followed up with a Discussion Hour led by advisor KCF, Welete Kapfo, where the house unanimously approved to change the nomenclature of Kuzhathede Collegiate Fellowship to Kuzhathepe Collegiate Fellowship as directed by parent body KTPO. The programme was attended by different village council chairman, student leaders, pastors, representatives and leaders from various public organisations of the area.
