Dimapur, Nov. 11 (EMN): Less than a month after it crossed 40 million pre-registrations, South Korean game developer Krafton on Thursday launched its PUBG: New State mobile game on iOS and Android.

Indian users can download the new PUBG: New State battle royale mobile game on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Samsung Galaxy Store from November 12.

Along with the official game launch, the company also released a new launch trailer on YouTube.

Developed by PUBG Studios, which developed the original PUBG game for PC and mobile, PUBG: New State is the next-gen iteration of the original game.

PUBG: New State is set in 2051 in a futuristic open-world battleground where 100 players fight to become the sole survivor. Apart from new vehicles and weapon systems, the game also boasts new game mechanics including dodging, drop calls, and support requests.

Pre-registered users can get a Takion TR1 (Vehicle Skin) for free from the in-game mail until January 5, 2022.

Following the official launch of the game, users have reported issues with the game including bricking, server disconnects, login problems, gameplay stutter and in-game glitches. Responding to complaints from users, the company tweeted that they are already working on a fix for the issues.

The company might issue an update for known issues in the coming days. For more news about PUBG: New State, watch this space.
