Koinonia Prayer Centre holds monthly revival in Kohima

DIMAPUR — The Koinonia Prayer Centre (KPC) in Kohima held its monthly revival from September 8 to 10, with the theme ‘but He said, more than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it’ (Luke 11:28).

The main speakers of the three-day revival programme were Rev. Zotuo Kiewhuo, senior pastor of Koinonia Baptist Church (KBC), and Samuel Sengupta, pastor of Atmik Jeevan Church Bagdogra, according to a press release.

The KPC worship team and the KBC women’s department worship team led the praise and worship.

Rev. Zotuo Kiewhuo was the main speaker on Sunday evening. He elaborated on the theme that if one hears and keeps God’s word, he or she will have no regrets in life.

Koinonia Fellowship, Itanagar, sang special praises.

During the culmination service, candidates who cleared the recently declared Nagaland Civil Service Examination under NPSC, namely Neithozo Theünuo (EAC rank 1) and Zavito Ltu (EAC rank 8), as well as Pelhouneinuo Kiewhuo (asst. professor, CESE NPSC) and Tsupithong Yimchunger (Governor’s Commendation Certificate awardee 2023), shared their testimonies.

The note mentioned that during the revival, pastor Samuel Sengupta and Chanda Sengupta shared the message and testimonies and claimed that leukaemia survivor Ranjay Basumatary from the Kachari community testified to his miraculous healing from the deadly ailment.

Three people, two of whom were converts, were baptised on Saturday.

The Koinonia Prayer Centre hosts a monthly revival programme every second week of the month, and Thejaneinuo Solo hosted the September programme.
