During the session, the KVSU highlighted its key initiatives, such as the night school programmes across the four khels, literary activities, and other educational and community-orientated efforts for student welfare.
The meeting also served as a platform for leaders to deliberate on pressing issues affecting students, including concerns over the Inner Line Permit (ILP) system, drug abuse, mental health challenges, and the need to maintain peace and harmony among communities.
Further, the KVSU stated that the initiative is not intended to form a new union but to facilitate dialogue, coordination, and continued engagement among student leaders.
