Dimapur, Feb. 12 (EMN): Highway patrolling party of Kohima police seized 165 cases of assorted Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) concealed in a goods laden truck bearing registration number NL- 01N -1545 on February 11 from Peducha area.
A report from PRO DEF Kohima stated that the driver of the truck and the owner of the illegal IMFL identified as Mozen Basumatary (40) from Naojan Sonali Pathar in Golaghat district, Assam, and resident of DBS Colony, Kohima, along with Thejavizo (36), a resident of High School Colony in Kohima, have been arrested. It further stated that a case has been registered at Sechü (Zubza) police station for further investigation.
