Kohima DPDB approves LADP for 2023-24

KOHIMA — The Kohima District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) held its monthly meeting on Wednesday at the DPDB conference hall in Kohima.
During the meeting, Kropol Vitsu, the advisor of Prisons and Printing and Stationery, who is also the chairman of DPDB, discussed, among other things, the local area development programme (LADP) for fiscal year 2023–24, which was approved.
Among the several agenda items deliberated during the session was the registration of various societies.
Nagaland Police Family Welfare, Old Minister’s Hill, Kohima; Nagaland Dental Welfare Association, Paraciezie, Highschool Junction, Kohima; Dzüleke Eco-Tourism Board, Dzüleke Village, Kohima; Nagaland Handball Association, Khikha Rüleizou, Kohima; and Alumni Association, St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama received special attention during the meeting.
The next meeting is scheduled for September 16.
