Kohima, Oct. 8 (EMN): Kohima Baptist Khriesarüü Krotho (KBKK) presented “A Gospel Hallelujah,” a concert featuring guest performers on Saturday evening at Paraciezie Baptist Church in Kohima.

The KBKK choir opened the musical event with Surely He Hath Borne Our Griefs and Non Nobis in front of a capacity crowd.

In the next line up were Ministers’ Hill Baptist Khriesarüü Krotho which presented a duet number followed by a unison female voice from Central Baptist Khriesarüü Krotho.

The night also saw Ameü Usou and The Choir performing three songs which have been composed by Usou herself.

Paraciezie Baptist Khriesarüü Krotho staged an instrumental piece before Lerie Baptist Church Khriesarüü Krotho illuminated the evening with an octet performance.

Consisting of members from elders, Tsüphie Kro then took the stage with a male voice while Upper Nagabazaar Khriesarüü Krotho sent in a soloist to mesmerise the audience.

Sanctuary choir from Union Baptist Church delivered a choral music while Immanuel Baptist Church Khriesarüü Krotho put up an acapella before KBKK choir winded up the night with “A Gospel Hallelujah,” the theme song of the concert.

KBKK president, Viseno Shünyü informed that they pitched in different performers from nine Baptist churches in Kohima town for the 80-minute musical performance.

Earlier, Keduoneituo Yhome, pastor of Phezoucha Baptist Church, invoked God’s blessings before the 80-minute concert which was organised in aid of 2023 triennial convention of KBKK.
