Kohima administration seals more areas

Dimapur, Sep. 6 (EMN): Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kohima, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa has ordered sealing of houses at Officer's Hill colony, Potterlane colony, Upper Chandmari colony, Jotsoma village, New Market colony, Peraciezie colony and Seikhazou colony Kohima, and residences following detection of persons for Covid-19 from those localities.

The areas have been sealed in order to contain the spread of the disease/ infection and for necessary contact tracing, a DIPR report stated on Sunday.
The order stated that all movement of persons/vehicles within the defined sealed area would be strictly restricted/prohibited and put under active surveillance with effect from September 4.

The sealed houses at Officer’s Hill colony are House No. 23, House No. 123 and House No. 124, while the houses at Potterlane colony are House No. 165 and House No. 224 and House No. 88 at Upper Chandmari colony, Kohima.

Kethovi's residence at Jotsoma village has also been sealed.
Besides, it has sealed the Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau (SIB) Guest House at Officer's Hill colony, Kohima; House No. 61 at New Market colony, House No. D-I l at Peraciezie colony; and one residence opposite to UPHC Seikhazou, Seikhazou colony, Kohima.
