Kohima, Oct. 22 (EMN): The Kohima municipal council have appealed to all wards and business establishment to put up decorative and festive lights by the end of November, 2018.
The administrator of Kohima municipal council, Kovi Meyase made the appeal to all wards and business establishments within Kohima city to put up the lights and other decorations in view of the forthcoming hornbill festival, Christmas and the New Year festivities. He asked the citizens to cooperate and thus give a positive facelift to the city while also welcoming the eagerly awaited festive season.
