Dimapur, July 26 (EMN): The Kohima Traffic Police today informed that the stretch of National Highway 29 at Kiruphema has been cut off due to the incessant rain for the last few days.
Therefore, the Kohima Traffic police informed that only light vehicles will be allowed to proceed towards Dimapur from Kohima via Sechü (Zubza) - Kiruphema road.
All vehicles coming from Dimapur proceeding towards Kohima and beyond will be diverted towards Peducha - Tsiesema road. No vehicle coming from Dimpaur will be allowed towards Kohima via Sechü (Zubza) road.
It further informed that plying of all heavy vehicles on NH 29 to and from Kohima and Kohima will be restricted till the cut-off stretch of the highway is restored.
