Dimapur, Nov. 27 (EMN): Advisor of IT Science and Technology and NRE, Mmhonlumo Kikon, inaugurated a black-topped circular road from Traffic Point to Police Check gate via Community Health Centre (CHC) in Bhandari and also inaugurated the newly constructed office building of the Lotha Lower Range Public Organisation (LLRPO) on November 26.
After inaugurating the road and office, Kikon thanked the public for their cooperation in achieving the long-felt need of the people in Lotha lower range. Stating that ushering in developmental activities in the area is a shared responsibility, he called upon the people to have a positive outlook and work together for the benefit of all, stated a DIPR report.
Informing that education, health and infrastructure sectors are the priority areas, he stated that commendable progress has taken place in those areas within Bhandari sub-division.
“Construction of school buildings with good facilities, providing primary health centers with available healthcare services covering many villages, and activating several motorable roads in the rural areas are some of the developmental activities that have been achieved and are still going on,” Kikon said.
Later, he undertook tour of some areas and villages for first-hand assessment and information on the ongoing developmental works under his constituency along with concerned departmental officers, party workers, public leaders, and senior government officials.
