Dimapur, Oct. 28 (EMN): The 2nd Khuniho memorial U-17 football tournament organised by the 111 BN BSF was held at Satakha town public ground from Oct. 21-26 according to an update received on Sun. Oct. 28.
In the final match Chalei Club, Satakha defeated Hoishe Village Young Boys team via tie-breaker shoot out to emerge as the champions.
The champion team received a cash prize of INR 15,000 and the runners-up team received INR 10,000 along with trophies. Anguvito of Chalei Club was adjudged as the best goal keeper of the tournament, while Velango of Hoishe Village Young Boys Team was adjudged as the best player of the tournament and both the players received a cash prize of INR 2500.
Altogether six teams participated in the tournament.
