Dimapur, Jan 24: Parliamentary Secretary of Land Revenue, Village Guard and Women Resources Development, L Khumo, inaugurated the Meyo Kam Niu Morung with log drum at Wui village on January 20 at Meyo Kam.
In his speech L Khumo advised the villager to live in peace and unity and also asked them to cooperate with the government for development. He suggested giving importance to education among the younger generation to lead the villager.
Welcome speech was delivered by L Pheniang, planning secretary, while a short speech was delivered by VCC Wui.
