Khrienuo Liezietsu is Miss Kohima 2019

Twenty-year-old, Khrienuo Liezietsu was crowned Miss Kohima 2019 after edging out 12 other contestants in a glittering ceremony held at RCEMPA in Jotsoma on Oct. 5.

Liezietsu is a student of School of Agriculture Science and Rural Development (SASRD) Medziphema.

Khrielievinuo Suohu, 19, and Vikuonuo Sachu, 18, were adjudged first and second runner-up respectively. Suohu also won the title of Miss Photogenic and Queen of Hearts.

The contestants went through three rounds: Designer round, traditional round and evening wear; and two rounds of questionnaires.

The other sub-title winners include Miss Talent – S Hanshila Janger, Miss Congeniality – Kedizhanuo, Miss Best Evening Wear – Vikuonuo Suohu and Miss Perfect 10 – Eje Wanlem.

The official director and choreographer of the pageant was Theja Sekhose and the event was organised by Agathos Society.
