KDBA to conduct selection trial of players

Dimapur, July 15 (EMN): The Kohima District Badminton Association (KDBA) will be conducting selection/trials of players for the Kohima District team for the upcoming Nagaland Inter-District Tournament 2022 cum Nagaland Olympics 2022, which is to be held at Longleng in the month of August.

KDBA in a press note informed that the selection/trials will be held at the State Indoor Stadium, Officers Hill, on the July 30 at 8 am. The categories for selection of players will for the Inter-District Tournament 2022 include men and women (singles and doubles), mixed doubles, junior boy and girls under-19 (singles and doubles), U-19 mixes doubles, boy and girls under-17 (singles and doubles), boy and girls under-15 (singles and doubles), boy and girls under-13 (singles and doubles), boy and girls under-11 (singles and doubles) and boy and girls under-9 (singles).

The veterans (masters) categories are men (35+ doubles), men (40+ doubles), men (45+ doubles), men (50+ doubles), men (55+ doubles), men (60+ doubles) and men (65+ doubles).
