Karbi Anglong bandh passes peacefully

Our Correspondent Diphu, July 16 (EMN): The 36-hour Karbi Anglong bandh called by the Karbi Youth Organisation (KYO) opposing the KAAC Executive Member to Non-Tribal MAC’s passed off peacefully. Diphu town remained closed all through the bandh hour. However few vegetables vendors were seen selling vegetables in Diphu Railways station. No untoward incidents were reported during the 36 hrs Karbi Anglong.
