Dimapur, Nov. 26 (EMN): An online assistance enterprise 'Jaong' was launched at the Tourist Lodge in Dimapur on Nov. 26.
Administrator at Hope Academy Dimapur, Sashila Ozukum was the special guest at the launching programme.
Ozukum said that Nagaland is still new when it comes to start-ups and entrepreneurship and added that Naga people tend to give up 'too easily' and also expect business growth 'too fast and lose patience.'
Ozukum encouraged the entrepreneurs of Nagaland to never give up as they are the heart of the economy of Nagaland and added that the launch of Jaong is at the right time .
The owner of the company, Lima Jamir shared that this platform would help people grow their business.
"There are many young entrepreneurs in Nagaland and around 80 to 90 percent of Nagaland youths are unemployed but Nagas are blessed with lots of talents and skills; and this company wants to help the young entrepreneurs by providing service like awareness, mentorship, advertisement, customer service and delivery service as well,' he said.
The company would provide services to the young entrepreneurs to help build their business and create a scientific system to work non-stop and help build the brand to excel nationally and internationally.
Jamir added that using technology has become important and the traditional way of shopping is slowly going to reduce and become stagnant.
"In this new era of technology that we are living in, it would transform the traditional way of business to the technological way of business," he added.
The company would provide solutions for entrepreneurs who want to start their own virtual business and increase their market and brands. This platform would connect one entrepreneur to another side of the market, he said.
"This platform not only helps sell products but also promotes entrepreneurs," he stated adding that the company has 25 partners as of now.
One of the unique services of the company p is that it provides ‘public to public service’ where it would provide a toll free number, and the pickup and delivery service would be provided by the Joang company.
Jamir during the launching of the programme informed that the company would be providing free delivery service and discounts to the first 50 customers from December 1 till the 3rd.
