Items rate revised in Mon

Dimapur, April 8 (EMN): The Mon Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) convened a meeting on March 28 at its office in Mon town. The meeting was discussed on matters concerning with fixation of commodity rates in the town. The rates have been finalised for implementation in Mon town. The press release from the MCCI on Sunday had informed that all the business establishment of Mon town to follow the new rates. It was also informed that any shopkeepers found violating the guidelines will be dealt with action. The assistant district supply officer, store keepers, VDBs, SSA coordinators, and fair price shops distributor were informed not to entertained the below poverty line, mid-day-meal, Antyodaya Anna Yojana, and Annapurna rice in the market. ‘The MCCI will not be responsible for such cases if found anybody entertaining as such,’ the press release added.
